Here is a list of every single different fee you might encounter with us.

Service / Rental Fee

Because of the countless combinations of services and
products that we provide, every show is a custom quote.
Please visit, call, or email us for an easy to understand
proposal. See below for an example!

Sales and Use Tax

If you receive a service or rent in the state of
Minnesota you are required to pay 6.5% Sales
Tax. If you receive a service or rent in the town of
Mankato you are required to pay 7.0% sales tax. If
your company or organization is exempt from taxes,
please file a form of exemption with us. Mileage
and extra labor is non-taxable.

Mileage

If your service or delivered rental is outside of the Greater
Mankato Area, we charge a flat rate of $0.35 a mile w/o
a trailer and a flat rate of $0.50 a mile with a trailer

Late Fee

All accounts with an open status after 7 days of the Invoice
Date will be charged a one time late fee of $10.00 and
are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. If you fail to
return a rental on time, you are subject to a $25.00 a day
late fee until all parts are returned

Extra Crew Fee

If your show requires more than a standard crew, you will be
charged for the extra help we need to hire. We bill $50.00
per person, per day. The $50.00 fee is paid directly to
the extra crew member and is of no profit to us

High Demand Date Deposit

EXAMPLE

Peter wants to book Johnny F! for show on New Years Eve. He needs a four-head
intelligent light show for his band. He also wants a spotlight with a second operator and he
wants this to be the best show ever. The show is 140 miles away and requires no trailer.

If you want to book a show on a popular date you may be
required to pay a deposit to hold the date. This deposit is
non-refundable but guarantees you that spot on the
calender. All deposits must be approved prior to payment
and is usually equal to 10.0% of final bill
